Pricing terms
- Prices are in US dollars (USD), per user per month.
- Annual plans are billed upfront for the year, at a 10% discount on the monthly price.
- Taxes: prices exclude tax. Helios will collect applicable US sales tax, through Stripe Tax, in the states where it is registered to collect it.
- Minimum seats: 1 on every plan. Sign up online for up to 1,000 seats; for more, contact sales.
- Cancellation: cancel at any time; Helios will keep cancellation available in the billing portal, opened from the admin portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- Refunds: monthly plans are not refunded for partial months. Annual plans get a prorated refund for the unused part of the term if it is requested within 14 days of the start of the term.
- Renewal: monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Annual plans renew automatically for another year unless cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the current term.
